  • WHEN: Sundays from 6:30 to 8:00 pm (2 clinical hours)

  • WHERE: Blue Ash Office @ 4555 Lake Forest Drive

  • Number of Student sessions: 6

  • Number of Parent sessions : 2

  • COST/session: $49.99 per group session

  • Total Coast : 399.99$ for 8 group sessions

  • SIZE: Maximum of 7-9 members

About this Group

Gaining Control over Anxiety Adolescents & Parents Group

 

We are offering a six-week anxiety management program for high school students who currently struggle with anxiety symptoms. This group will cover the following:

 

  • Education on where anxiety and the symptoms of anxiety come from

  • Skills to feel back in control of anxiety

  • Practice using these skills in a supportive environment to gain confidence in ability to use these skills anytime

  • Group discussions about anxiety with other students who share this experience

 

When: Group will meet weekly on Sunday evenings from 6:30-8pm beginning November 10th.

 

Where: Group will be held at our Blue Ash location:

We will also be offering two sessions on November 10th and December 1st for parents with our clinical supervisor, Carla Seemann. These sessions are included in the cost of group and will meet at the same time as the adolescent group. Parent sessions are optional and highly encouraged.
