EXECUTIVE LIFE COACHING IN CINCINNATI

What was stigma (“You’re so broken you need a coach?”)

has become status symbol (“You’re so valuable you get a coach?”).

Tiger Woods and Michael Phelps have coaches. Even President Barack Obama has a coach, if you count David Axelrod. Microsoft ‘s young high-potential leaders get coaches. If elite athletes and organizations think they need coaches, shouldn’t you have one too? – Forbes Magazine

WHAT IS EXECUTIVE LIFE COACHING?

An Executive Coach acts as your own personal and professional mentor and is similar to a life coach. Corporate Executives, Entrepreneurs, and CEOs can benefit from the help and guidance from an Executive Coach. Executive coaching propels you to develop daring business plans, connect effectively with employees, family and friends, as well as hone in on your goals in business, relationships, and life.

With greater power and influence, comes greater responsibility and stress. That is the gist of it. Being an executive in today’s cut throat market conditions is no different than being an athlete competing at top levels week in and week out. It is incredibly rewarding to feel and be on the top of your game. It is also incredibly difficult, draining, and frustrating to be expected to perform at your very best all the time, every time. To make your life just a little more stressful – as if you need more of that- you are not only expected to perform like a rock star at work, you also need to juggle that with maintaining friendships, raising a family, being intimate with your significant other, and finding time for yourself to stay sane amidst all this maddening and frantic pace of your life.

This is where I come in. I will help you with setting priorities, managing stress, exploring and weighting personal and professional options, making informed decisions, and ultimately coming up on top at the end of the season if we are sticking with my sports analogy.

WHY DO YOU NEED EXECUTIVE COACHING?

WHAT WE WILL WORK ON TOGETHER

As an executive life coach, I will challenge and motivate you, as well as work with you to answer some of life’s major questions. In the process of exploring your attitudes, behaviors, and beliefs around these questions, we will find the drive, focus, and determination needed to create and live your optimal life, both in the business and the personal space.

Some questions we will explore together will be...

  • What areas of your professional/personal life are working in a positive manner?

  • What areas could use improvement?

  • What do you want your legacy to be?

  • What is your best case scenario in your personal and professional life?

  • What beliefs do you have that serve you well as you pursue future goals?

  • What beliefs do you have that are not serving you?

  • What do you need to do to take your life to the next step?

Executive coaching often depends on the personal talent and experience of the coach, and their track record of personal success. This is a very valuable asset to have, and it also lacks the knowledge of human fears and motives that mental health professionals have. Having a positive mental attitude and promoting resilience with pep talks can only take you so far.

On the other hand, mental health professionals are often very compassionate and have an affinity to help others and be kind. This is also very valuable and important, and it lacks the competitiveness and drive that is crucial to succeed in business and in life.

I’m neither an executive coach nor a mental health counselor. I am BOTH. I started my first private business when I was 15 years old, and since then have held many high level executive positions, worked, lived, and studied in half a dozen countries around the world. I have an MBA from a top 5 business schools in the world (IE business school in Madrid, Spain). As a marketing manager, I have brought in millions of dollars in sponsorship money to my soccer club (35 million to be exact), and have mediated conflicts between CEO s and organizing committees and marketing departments. I also quit my job(s) and went on an adventure to carve out a new career for myself in counseling because I’m passionate and motivated to help people realize their visions, dreams and aspirations, and lead the life they want and deserve.

Working with me, I will give you the benefit of both worlds. I will give you the succinct and bold mentality of a business leader and entrepreneur, and the compassion, support and excellent communication skills of a mental health counselor.

I look forward to working with you.
